Welcome to Frontline Fire Training Ltd

Frontline Fire Training Ltd provides practical and proportionate on-site fire safety training for organisations across the South West. Our courses build useful knowledge, confidence and a calm approach to workplace fire prevention and emergency response.

Our
Story

I founded Frontline Fire Training Ltd because effective fire safety training should leave people clearer, calmer and more confident about what to do, not overwhelmed by information.

Since 2023, I have worked as part of an Enhanced Fire Response Team within a complex NHS mental health and community hospital environment. This has given me direct operational experience of responding to fire alarm activations, supporting evacuations and movement to places of relative safety, using fire alarm panels and zone information, liaising with emergency services and supporting fire safety inductions and equipment familiarisation.

That experience shapes every Frontline course. Training is focused on the decisions, communication and practical understanding people need in the workplace. Sessions are clear, engaging and grounded in operational experience, with opportunities for discussion and questions throughout.

Alongside my operational role, I have completed training in workplace fire safety, Fire Warden and Fire Marshal duties, fire extinguishers and evacuation equipment. I am also completing the Level 3 Award in Education and Training as part of my continued professional development.

Frontline Fire Training gives organisations access to professional, on-site training delivered by someone with genuine emergency-response experience and a clear understanding of how people behave under pressure.
