Business Continuity Plan – Frontline Fire Training Ltd

1. Purpose

To ensure continuity of training services during disruptions.

​

2. Key Risks & Actions

  • Trainer illness/unavailability: Postpone session or refund deposit; client notified within 24 hours.

  • Equipment failure: Use backup extinguishers or replace with theory session.

  • Venue unavailable: Client reschedule or alternative location agreed.

  • Extreme weather: Postpone practical element; notify client 24 hours in advance.

3. Communication

  • Client contacted within 24 hours of any disruption.

  • Alternative arrangements offered (reschedule, refund, or virtual theory).

​

4. Review

Next scheduled review: January 2027 or following legislative change.

​

5. Data and Records

All client records, training materials, and business data are backed up weekly to cloud storage.

In the event of failure backup materials can be accessed within 14 days.
