Safeguarding Statement – Frontline Fire Training Ltd

Frontline Fire Training Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all individuals involved in our training activities.  

We recognise our responsibility to protect children, young people, and vulnerable adults from harm, abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

 

Scope  

This safeguarding statement applies to:  

· All staff, trainers, contractors, and associates  

· All training activities delivered by Frontline Fire Training Ltd  

 

Our Commitment  

We are committed to:  

· Providing a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment  

· Acting promptly and appropriately on safeguarding concerns  

· Working in line with relevant UK safeguarding legislation and guidance  

· Ensuring all staff are aware of their responsibilities  

 

Responsibilities  

All staff and trainers must:  

· Remain vigilant to safeguarding concerns  

· Maintain appropriate professional boundaries  

· Report concerns immediately  

 

The Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for Frontline Fire Training Ltd is the Director.  

In cases where the concerns relate to the director, reports may be escalated to the local authority designated officer (LADO) on lado@cornwall.gov.uk or 01872 326536 or contact the relevant regulatory body.  

All trainers hold Enhanced DBS (where required by client or sector).

 

Reporting Concerns  

All safeguarding concerns will be:  

· Taken seriously  

· Recorded appropriately  

· Escalated to relevant authorities where required  

 

A confidential safeguarding log is maintained to track concerns and outcomes, in line with data protection requirements.
