Frontline Fire Training Ltd maintains a strong and ongoing commitment to Continuing Professional Development to ensure all training remains current, effective, and fully aligned with legislation and best practice.

​

Key CPD focus areas include:

  • Regular review of current UK fire safety legislation and guidance (including Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Health & Safety Executive publications, recent and forthcoming amendments to Approved Document B, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, and post-Grenfell evacuation planning guidance)

  • Ongoing study of adult learning principles and training delivery best practice

  • Planned completion of a recognised Level 3 Award in Education and Training by 14/02/2026

  • Reflective practice based on operational NHS experience and client feedback

  • Attendance at relevant sector webinars and reading of official guidance documents

  • Understanding of training provider liability, insurance requirements and risk management best practice

​

A minimum of 20 hours CPD is completed annually. Evidence is maintained internally and available on request where appropriate.

​

This ensures all training content and delivery methods remain up-to-date, proportionate to risk, and designed to support organisations in meeting their legal responsibilities.
