Whistleblowing Policy – Frontline Fire Training Ltd

Frontline Fire Training Ltd is committed to the highest standards of openness, probity, and accountability. We encourage anyone to raise concerns about wrongdoing without fear of reprisal, in line with the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (as amended) and the Employment Rights Act 1996.

Scope
This policy applies to all staff, trainers, contractors, associates, and anyone working on behalf of the company.
What to Report
You may raise concerns (in good faith) about:

Criminal offences
-
Breach of legal obligations
-
Miscarriage of justice
-
Danger to health and safety
-
Damage to the environment
-
Deliberate concealment of any of the above

How to Report

Internally: Contact the Director (Guy Cambouropoulos) in confidence via guy@frontlinefiretraining.com or 07516 243 451.

If the concern involves the Director: Contact an external adviser, e.g., Protect (whistleblowing charity) on 020 3117 2520 or whistle@protect-advice.org.uk, or raise directly with the relevant authority (HSE, ICO, police, etc.).
Protection

We will treat all disclosures seriously and in confidence.

Whistleblowers who act in good faith are protected from detriment or dismissal under PIDA.

Anonymous reports are accepted but may be harder to investigate.
Investigation
Concerns will be investigated promptly, fairly, and impartially. You will be kept informed of progress and outcomes where possible.

This policy is reviewed annually or following legislative changes.
