1. Purpose

To ensure consistent high-quality training delivery and continuous improvement.

​

2. Process

  • Pre-session: Client questionnaire, site-specific risk assessment addendum.

  • During session: Trainer monitors engagement and feedback.

  • Post-session: Feedback forms collected and analysed.

  • Annual review: Review of all feedback, complaints, CPD, and policy updates.

3. Measurement

  • Feedback scores (target average 4/5 or higher)

  • Complaint rate (target zero)

  • Attendance and completion rates

​

4. Improvement

  • Action plans created from feedback and reviews.

  • Trainer CPD adjusted based on findings.

​

5. External Review

Annual external review by a professional body (planned IFE/IFSM membership).

​
