· Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment

· Making reasonable adjustments where required (e.g., large print materials, additional time, alternative formats, BSL interpreter provision where needed, quiet spaces for breaks)  

 

Training & Conduct  

All staff, trainers, and learners are expected to:  

· Treat others fairly and respectfully  

· Challenge discriminatory behaviour  

· Support inclusive practices  

 

Monitoring & Review  

This statement is reviewed regularly to ensure continued compliance and effectiveness. Participant feedback is used to assess accessibility and inclusivity.  

We may invite participants to provide optional, anonymous diversity monitoring data to help us ensure inclusive access. Participation in monitoring is entirely voluntary and data is anonymized.
